Her world crumbled, and it was a time of darkness, suffering, and loneliness. It was through Grief Recovery Method that she came to understand that emotional losses and unexpected changes are a natural part of life, however strong and excruciating or unnoticeable they may be. She discovered that acknowledging and being in touch with her emotions was the only way to confront and survive this situation, filled with pain, anxieties, and sadness. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and went on to develop as a professional in the management and promotion of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation in her country. Later, she established a successful corporate event-planning company, which managed the most relevant national and international events in the country. However, she always felt the desire to share Grief Recovery with others. In 2016, she began her journey to become a Grief Recovery Method Specialist, in addition to being an Executive and LP Coach, and a Meta-Master in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Neurosemantics from the International Society of Neuro-Semantics. Laura loves her work as an executive coach in the private sector and as an Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist and Bilingual Trainer of the Method in Spanish and English, aiming to reach as many people as possible and improve their quality of life by effectively managing emotional losses.
