I had an epic conversation with Dr Lloyd Glauberman this week on how psychotherapy and mindset are potentially the most important aspect of a weight loss journey. We also discussed how your tribe becomes your vibe, how your environment influences your behaviors, taking a "pause", hypnosis, and lots more.
