In this episode of the Finding Direction podcast, I talk about the power of changing the story we tell ourselves about who we are. I share my own experience of realizing that I had been telling myself a story of being shy and introverted, which had shaped my entire life. However, I decided to create a new story for myself, one where I was incredible with people and a leader in my own life. This shift in my narrative changed everything for me, and I encourage listeners to examine the stories they tell themselves and consider what new story they could create to live the life they want.
