A commonly misunderstood concept, Mental Toughness. The majority of the time this phrase gets thrown around in day to day conversation, it's not used properly, most mistake it for Physical toughness, which is actually the ability to absorb pain and endure gruelling workouts and incredible feats of physical fitness that seem un-achievable to the many. While there are some elements to metal toughness in such feats, the true side of mental toughness is shown in someone's ability to be unshakable. This can be proven on a sports field, in the office at work, with loved ones at home, or even just driving to the shops! Ask yourself, how easily rattled are you? can someone at work trigger you easily? do you find you get bad road rage after being cut up? do you get annoyed when the dishwasher isn't emptied? These are all signs of someone who is easy rattled. A trait we need to work on, and develop a stronger mind - so when things actually get tough we're ready!

Expect to learn how to build up your mental strength, why its so important in today's society, truly who's the biggest critic in our lives, the difference between mental and physical toughness and much much more!
