Hey Flex Fam,
This week we speak about fitness journeys. More specifically, we talk about the journey back to the gym despite varying sources of intimidation (other people, the free weights area, unfamiliar machines, and of course, the wrong outfit).
We also discuss the only circumstance where not going to the gym is acceptable...and even recommended!
