Ed Hendrickson was excited to be working for a hard money lender because real estate investing was always his goal. But he knew sitting behind a desk from 9-5 wouldn’t get him to where he wanted to be. So he gave up the W-2 job and teamed up with Rock East Funding about 6 years ago in a consulting role. Now in addition to originating loans, he flips houses and has built a substantial real estate portfolio.
