Customer service is a common thread running through all of the Impact Service Groups new HVAC Remote Equipment Monitoring system called Nebula. The patent pending product connects remotely to HVAC units monitoring them for a variety of performance factors with the common goal of keeping the HVAC equipment operating efficiently.
