Sometimes we confuse ๐๐จ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐๐จ๐ ๐ง๐๐๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ.
And pride will have you thinking the program canโt run without you.
But leadership is ๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฆโ๐ข๐ญโ๐ฌ ๐๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐จ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐ง๐๐.

You were positioned to ๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐.
