Both Lissy and AB delve into recovery and how cross training is a great way to get moving without risking further injury. But, there can always be too much of a good thing... AB shares her traumatic story of her near professional surf career, taken down by a bad case of ‘Chill bones’. Nor was she was thrilled to hear her dad booked an appointment to amputate her toe without her knowing. On a happier note, Lissy is jogging again! She goes through her recovery and cross training journey and what you can learn from her experience.
