An update episode from our first episode on dealing with depression back in 2022. Liz shares her journey with depression over the past couple years as well as a recent break through of sorts that has helped her immensely. Nate and Liz also discuss how powerlifting and structure can help your mental health and the fact that powerlifting is a marathon, not a sprint.
