We all get excited with a new year approaching and the opportunities it can bring. Many set new goals such as losing weight, quitting smoking, or saving more money. However, once the first quarter of the year has passed, most would have given up on their goals.
In this episode I discuss some ways to keep yourself from becoming overwhelmed and stick to accomplishing your goals. Inevitably obstacles will come your way, and a plan that you write down or dream up in your head may not necessarily work in real life. Starting small and being flexible when it comes to changing your plan can help you handle avoiding some of the struggles that may come your way.
