Due Diligence: Money and Period For many buyers, the home-buying process starts to feel real when immediately after hearing their offer has been accepted, the next thing they hear from their Broker is, "Now let's get the due diligence money to the Seller." Reality hits quick, and the buyer needs to move with purpose when vetting their new investment.
