Javid Abbasov is a Lead Consultant at State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan, also he's in master program at KAIST in South Korea, studying business & technology management. Before coming to Korea, he was a project manager and programming teacher, full stack developer, and e-governance lead consultant.
