I had such an enjoyable morning, chatting to Clare about how The Oteley Estate balances history and innovation on the edge of Ellesmere, Shropshire.

Those saddleback pigs and piglets snuffling round the ancient walls in the sunshine were a joyful welcome as I arrived! (You will be hearing all about them).

An estate, run by the same family for over 500 years, has quite a story to tell and Clare, rightly feels that people are 'hungry' for the story behind the brand.

With Clarkson's Farm highlighting all the difficulties facing farming, people are beginning to learn what it takes to produce quality food. The Oteley team are making a brilliant job of showing you just what you are getting for your money.
