In today’s episode, we talk about unbecoming, healing, and feeling through somatics and nervous system regulation. Somatics truly is a fascinating modality; it’s the language of the body, and the nervous system is the operating system of the body. When you utilize somatics effectively (which Darci dives into later - you’ll love those!), your body goes back into homeostasis.

Darci Burke is a dedicated nervous system regulation practitioner and somatic embodiment coach, and the founder of Holos Heal. She’s always been drawn to helping people, and believes that our life experience is our greatest teacher.

So often, you’ve been disconnected from your body, and more specifically, your nervous system. In order to experience true healing, you HAVE to involve the nervous system - this is what creates new patterns in your life.

Darci and I also dive into what triggers are *actually* showing you, how destabilizing and scary big identity ‘shifts’ can be (we’ve both experienced these), and why unbecoming is happening more and more in the second half of people's lives.
