From our Thursday Night series on the book of 2 Corinthians.

In this message from 2 Corinthians 1:8–11, we are reminded that God is the source of all comfort, especially in our darkest trials. Pastor Bob reflects on Paul's deep struggles—likened to “death row”—and emphasizes that even in overwhelming affliction, we can find hope through Christ's resurrection power. The message encourages us not only to depend on God but also to be present for others who are hurting. Through compassionate listening, patient support, and persistent prayer, we become instruments of God’s healing grace. This sermon challenges us to walk with those in pain, offering hope in doses they can receive, and to trust that God is always working—even when we can’t yet see the outcome.
