Designer Mark Burnett sees the Martin Henry Freeman sculpture in Downtown Rutland Vermont for the first time. Mark’s design was chosen for the project. Freeman the first Black President of an American College is from Rutland and along with Sculpturist Don Ramey, Mark helped bring Freeman to life. Hear Mark’s thoughts on the sculpture and why it was important to view it during Black History Month.
