I’ve done some diving into a book called “why smart people hurt” by Eric Maisel. The book has given me an empowering perspective. Rather than living and breathing my multiple diagnoses (ADD, Bipolar disorder, boarder line personality disorder, etc). I have stepped into my personal power and accepted that a lot of my “problems” are derived from the insane amount of brain activity going on upstairs. So before you let your smarts block you from being okay with YOU, listen or read “why smart people hurt”
