Do you relate to your organization's vision and mission - or does it seem that it DOESN'T relate to you and your team? Although they are crafted to be powerful and impactful, over time they can fizzle out. It can be discouraging and cynicism can creep in. We begin to say things like, "They don't get it" and "they don't get us" we start to separate and feel like our contributions don't have any value.
No matter how big or small your team is, when we come together to design a "Micro-Mission" (the smaller reason why) we can craft it to reflect our individual team's perspective.
Today on #TeamWorkTuesday we are talking about how a micro-mission for you and your team reflects the day to day reality and connects you to the whole of the organization. AND we are going to share with you what a Micro-Mission can look like for you.
GETTING TO UNSTUCK is a live podcast hosted by Carol Vickers, Colin Kingsmill, and Christal Duncan from Whole Human Coaching. Find out more at https://wholehumancoaching.com.

We would love to hear from you!
