In this episode, I discuss the tragic collision between a Black Hawk and an American Airlines flight on January 29, 2025. While reflecting on this heartbreaking event, I address my disagreement with President Trump’s attempt to politicize the tragedy by linking it to the broader debate over Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

I share my own experiences with DEI and explain why I believe it’s wrong to use the victims of such a disaster as a platform for political agendas. This episode isn’t about politics—it's about respecting those affected by the tragedy and resisting the temptation to turn their suffering into a talking point in an ongoing culture war
