Although the Bible instructs us to forgive others and ask for forgiveness, there are no real examples of this in the Bible. There are examples of people repenting to God but not to each other. We thought Joseph's brothers apologized, but no. As per their usual shady selves, they just told Joseph that their father said to forgive them before he died. (Genesis 50:15-21) The best example of an apology we found was the Prodigal Son. (Luke 15:11-21) How do you do at apologizing? What about forgiving others?
