Queen Taese is a Black homeschool & education visionary who has been noted for her works of being an award-winning educator and successful homeschool mother for 20+ years. She has taught and learned from thousands of children, as well as designed Afrikan-centered curricula, critical educational tools, resources, children’s events, and conferences globally. To name a few, some of those entities are Roots to Fruits Homeschool & Cultural Collective, The Children’s Afrikan Ball, The Children of The Sun Fun Fest, The Watoto Kwanzaa Jamboree, and her signature gathering, The Liberated Minds Black Homeschool and Education Expo. In addition, Queen Taese, is the editor and a writer for the best-selling Liberated Minds Black homeschool & Education Magazine, which is the first of it’s kind.
Since then, she has founded the Liberated Minds Black Homeschool & Educational Institute, which is an educational empire forging a new reality for the wholistic cultivation of children throughout the Afrikan diaspora. Its tri-fold mission consists of the cultural development of Black children as scholars, leaders, passionpreneurs, and innovators that serve the Black community; empowerment of the Black family, and the creation and maintenance of the intergenerational wealth that is needed to shape a future full of prosperity, power, and legacy. The Liberated Minds Black Homeschool & Education Institute serves as a pillar that provides culturally relevant resources, trainings, and vast options of everyday support for those who have taken on the great responsibility of “Educating Our Own”.
Queen Taese continues to create and provide support to culturally conscious community projects and endeavors aimed at Liberating the Minds of Afrikan families everywhere. She is currently traveling to share her story as a speaker, passion-preneur coach, and workshop facilitator offering information, inspiration, new perspectives, and indigenous tools and techniques, many of which have been proven to be effective for thousands of years.
