Sherry Weddell, in her groundbreaking book Forming Intentional Disciples, said this: “We discovered, to our surprise and dismay, that many pastoral leaders do not even possess a conceptual category for discipleship.“ The Doane’s introduce what they are referring to as the seven pillars of Catholic discipleship.
