In today’s world it is so easy to concentrate on what we need to do, that we lose sight of what we are currently doing. When this happens, we tend to let time go by and life happen and we don’t enjoy today.
During this podcast episode I talk about why it is important that we not find our joy in checking items off our to-do list. Instead we need to stay in the moment and enjoy the actual living of our to-do lists.
