Social justice isn't new, and those who work to uphold it have been there from the start. The biggest changes in social justice awareness were observed when we paired amateur cell phone video with the magical landscape that is the internet. Suddenly, we were seeing these social justice warriors up close and personal... viewing the day through their eyes and sending likes and follows each time they were observed doing their hearts' work.
