Francesca Montillo started a side hustle of writing a thoughtful, colorful newsletter about Italy, complete with cultural insights, history and mouthwatering recipes. That side hustle is now a full time business. One of her enticing newsletters ended up in my inbox—that was several years ago, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with Francesca a couple of times since then. She’s the author of several cookbooks with wonderful, simple Italian recipes. She also takes small groups to Italy for vey personalized, immersive adventures.
