Can you remember a time you were in desperate need of help? You were out of strength and had no ability to help yourself. Maybe it during a season of sickness. Perhaps it was during a car accident or a in the midst of a mental breakdown. The helplessness we feel in those moments is terrifying. As we remember the torturous death and triumphant resurrection of Jesus Christ, we find a narrative of a helpless man who had no strength to save himself. We also see the unmatched ability of Jesus Christ to save Him.
