This week's episode was inspired by leadership co-facilitator Ian Edwards and retired police chief Chris Cowan. "No one follows a victim," were Ian's words a week ago as we co-facilitated a Washington State leadership course. Chris didn't like the saying at first, feeling it was almost insulting for people going through tough times. Then he realized, people who go through tough times have a choice. They can choose their posture each day. Chris also shares an inspiring text from his friend Chris Cowan.
