On the far western side of Iowa, in the middle of corn and soybean fields, sits a small family run distillery by the name of Lonely Oak. The Master distiller, Pat Hoffmann started his distillery with two main ideas in mind. He wanted to be true to himself and he didn’t want to be like everyone else.
