Big Zuu first graced our screens in 2019 with Big Zuu’s Big Eats; his charisma and infectious laugh meant audiences fell for Zuu. The show went on to win multiple BAFTAs, against some of the biggest names in British television but it was a moment he couldn’t enjoy because he had an important message to relay…

Zuu has overcome incredible odds to be where he is today - it’s a journey of strength and power of community to help one another. We cover:

  • Growing up with a single mum who escaped the war in Sierra Leone
  • Diversity in the television industry and why it matters
  • Making music with his cousin AJ Tracey
  • Zuu’s insecurities and religion
  • Why we should all volunteer

It’s a conversation that left me feeling energised and hopeful for a better future with people like Zuu having a platform.
