More than half of all people will eventually get arthritis some time in their lifetimes.

Arthritis can cause a lot of pain and disability. This condition mainly affects the joints, causing damage to the cartilage inside. And unfortunately, once the damage to the joints is done, it cannot be reversed.

The good new is that there are certainly things you can do to feel better, dramatically reduce pain and boost function.

And exercising is at the core of treatment for arthritis. However, doing the wrong type of exercise may often exacerbate the pain.
