We discuss how Italy awoke his wanderlust and took him as an artist to the Middle East painting for Sheikh's and commoners alike. George has lived with Bedouin tribes in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Yemen which connected him to the stars through the tribes' highly intuitive teachings. He then serendipitously became the court painter to the sultan of Oman and was eventually appointed the spiritual diplomat for Bhutan’s Gross National Happiness initiative after painting the royal family.
