One of the most common objections I hear to why people don’t invest in rental properties is, “I don’t want to fix toilets, or get calls in the middle of the night to change a lightbulb”.
While repairs and maintenance are a part of the real estate investor’s world, it’s a small price to pay for the ability to control the outcomes of your investment. More importantly, you don’t have to be the person dealing with those things.
No matter what, you’re going to need people to help you in any real estate investment. So why not build a team, and spend the time up front to make sure you’re surrounded with the right people?
