My phone time has gotten out of control. I feel like it’s becoming a detriment to my sleep, mindset, productivity, and overall wellness so here’s how I’m trying to lower my screen time and obsessive phone habit.

It’s honestly nothing ground breaking moreso just admitting that it's starting to control me rather than the other way around.
