Discipline leads to freedom when it comes to your health as a midlife mom. Unfortunately, our own past failures and toxic diet culture upbringing sometimes means we associate discipline with being restrictive or following extreme dieting rules. Today I'm going to share specific examples of how your healthy habits can lead to discipline and freedom in your body, mind and spirit.
