Hey momma,

Do you ever walk into a room and forget why you’re there? Or start dinner and realize you never even thawed the meat? That’s mom brain in full swing, and it’s something every one of us can relate to.

In this episode, I’m sharing why mom brain is more than forgetfulness, it’s actually a habit we fall into when we live in constant reaction mode. You’ll hear how this pattern forms, the common dilemmas that come with it, and most importantly, how simple routines and small resets can start to break the cycle. Together, we’ll look at how building better habits can give your brain relief from the overwhelm and create space for peace and focus.

Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop seeing mom brain as a flaw and start seeing it as a signal. With awareness and intentional routines, you can retrain your brain to find clarity instead of chaos.

Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you’re ready to put those babies to bed… it’s time to pop in your ear pods, shake up your fizz, and let’s get stacking.
