I’ll walk you through how our emotions, shaped by past experiences, can become default reactions that sabotage our routines. You’ll learn how to recognize these patterns, challenge them, and rewrite the stories you tell yourself to create healthier emotional habits. Also why it’s impossible to talk about action-based habits without addressing the emotional habits driving them.

Ultimately, I’m challenging you to look at the emotional defaults playing out in your life. Are they helping you or holding you back? Together, we’ll explore how to interrupt the reaction loops that keep you stuck and intentionally build habits that lead to growth, resilience, and peace.
