Hey Momma!

Are you already feeling the summer sneak up on you? Don’t you wish you had a simple way to stay grounded when everything feels like it’s unraveling?

In this episode, I’m sharing what it looked like to come off a week of chaos—from tornado warnings to sick kids—and how I used a gentle reset to get back on track. I’ll walk you through how I brain-dumped 62 must-do tasks before school gets out, and why knowing your true basics matters more than ever in seasons of chaos. You’ll also learn how to identify your Execution Gaps and how to gently close them using your Anchor Habit, Outcome-Based Routine Blocks, and one Core Stack inside one pillar.

Ultimately, I’m going to challenge you to identify your 3–5 survival-mode basics—your non-negotiables—and write them down. Then, I want you to notice where the execution gap is showing up and ask yourself: What’s one small shift I can make to realign with the plan I actually want to live out?

Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it's way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you're ready to put those babies to bed.... It's time to pop in your ear pods, shake up your fizz and let’s get stacking.
