Ep 31 Interview with Jennie Rawling from the Brave Biscuit Studios: Learning what lights you up as an adult , being brave and being brave enough to let go π
Manage episode 487925109 series 3608918
In this episode I have a great conversation with Jennie Rawling from the Brave Biscuit Studios.
Jennie is a professional puppeteer, actor and writer with ten yearsβ experience of performing in the UK and internationally.
Jennie is a mum to 2-year-old Evie and Artistic Director of Cornwall-based puppetry company Brave Biscuit Studios. She runs creative community projects, teaches puppetry skills and creates work for family audiences. Jennie is also in the process of putting together a creativity and wellbeing membership for mums as well as a Creative Virtual Assistant supporting small businesses with content and project management.
Within this conversation we talk about:
How learning what you donβt like is just as important as knowing what you do like.
Being brave enough to follow your dreams and witness magic unfold.
The unlikely heroism and humour of sea gulls (and how they can save the world).
The importance of learning to let go and how this can help you to thrive.
As well as Jennie sharing her tips on how to be a Happy Thriving Mum.
I hope you enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed speaking with Jennie!
