According to a recent survey, 49% of college students reported that mental health is their top concern as the fall semester begins, topping a list that included academics, inflation, and mass shootings. It's easy to feel overwhelmed and worried when inflation increases faster than expected. Things that used to seem affordable have suddenly become unattainable or shocking as the cashier rings them up.
