Today I explain why I would have needed self-regulation techniques as a mom myself (even though I'm a trained therapist) :
· I couldn't see my child struggling when I was brushing his teeth, therefore causing chronic discomfort and could see the signs of trauma in him;
· I realized that my nervous system was taking me to a place of trauma each time I had to do the bedtime routine;
· I then came up with the techniques I teach you in the masterclass in order to truly become a trauma-informed parent.
