In today’s episode we will discuss why smoothies are a great way to start your day. Smoothies offer several benefits that aren’t just full of nutrients but can keep you full and satisfied. Smoothies are great as a meal replacement to curb your appetite as well as help with digestion, weight loss, energy boost, hydration and more. Picking fresh fruits in season is recommended but frozen organic works just as good. We will discuss the best times for smoothies as well as proteins to add to your smoothies. You have the options to add any ingredients to your liking and using coconut water is a great alkaline source and great for hydration. The goal is to add fruits to your diet daily and making smoothies is a great way to do that.
