Our body goes through a lot of changes as we age. Body image is such a huge factor in our mental health so naturally it becomes a big struggle for people as they enter their 40s. What we did to stay in shape as a teenager is wildly different than what will work as we get into middle-age. We talk about our own personal struggles growing up and how that shaped us and trained us to think a certain way. We also go over how we have learned with time that some approaches are wrong and you can still look great and be healthy well into your later years.
