Enza Giannini is the Senior Director of Clinical Talent Acquisition at NorthShore University HealthSystem. She leads a strong performing team of healthcare recruiters and works to meet the hiring needs across one of Chicagoland’s largest Magnet-recognized organization. Enza has served in her current role and as the Director of Nurse Recruitment at NorthShore University HealthSystem for the past 19 years. Prior to this, worked as a Staff Nurse at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Enza earned her Masters Degree in Nursing from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is a natural collaborator and relationship cultivator who leverages market intelligence, analytics, and business acumen to execute complex deliverables.
