In this episode, Dr. Bark talks about politics, cannabis, corruption at CDC and pharma, Bought, Vaxxed plus ways to get and stay healthy.
Dr. Bark received her Medical Doctorate at Rush University in 1986 after studying psychology at the University of Illinois and University of London. She then trained in both pediatrics and rehab medicine at NYU and U of Ill. She immediately took the positing of director of the pediatric emergency room at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago.
After two years, she began her studies in alternative medical practices such as nutrition and classical homeopathy all while keeping her hands in emergency and urgent care medical work as well as starting her private practice in 1993.
In 2010, Dr Bark went off to Haiti to act as a volunteer physician and eventually returned two more time in response to the earthquake and cholera.
In 2010, Dr Bark also began a Masters program in healthcare emergency medicine at Boston University where she focused on vaccine safety, efficacy and ethics issues. She is currently an adjunct professor for the Boston graduate program, teaching the psycho-social effects of disaster.
Dr. Bark is an avid speaker at medical conferences and has been published on the topics of Homeopathy in medicine in two medical text books and most recently, was wrote a chapter about the lack of scientific evidence for mandated flu vaccines for health care workers, entitled “Policy without Reason” in a book edited by NYU legal research professor, Mary Holland.
Dr. Bark was co-producer of the documentary “Bought” and featured in the documentary “Silent Epidemic”. She is active in legislative issues and has given testimony for senate health committees
Dr. Bark has been featured in local and national magazines and was the feature article for O magazine July 2012.
