Let’s get real—there’s a whole lot of wellness content out there pretending to be biblical… but it’s not.

Just because a supplement has a Bible verse on the label…

Just because someone says “God made your body” in their sales pitch…

Just because you hope weight loss will finally make you feel better…

That doesn’t mean your health journey is rooted in Scripture.

In this episode, I’m getting personal and bold—because we need to break free from the lies and take hold of the truth.

⚔️ What putting a biblical lens on your health really looks like

⚠️ What it absolutely does not include

🧎‍♀️ How to stop worshiping results and start walking in real freedom

🔥 How to replace worldly lies with Scripture—without falling into legalism or extremes

Because a lot of what’s marketed as “Christian wellness” is still just diet culture in disguise.

You don’t need another “faith-based” fix.

You need freedom.
