Midlife can feel like an interesting in-between stage. You’re not exactly young, but you’re definitely not old either. You still feel young on the inside, but let’s be honest—your body is starting to drop hints (or it might be putting up billboards) that things are changing.

But here’s the good news: this stage of life presents a powerful opportunity to take control of your health. You don’t have to resign yourself to feeling lousy or struggling with weight gain and chronic health conditions just because you’re getting older.
