I’m officially 12 years into this wild entrepreneurial ride. (If I had a baby when I started, it would be a pre-teen — let that sink in).

To mark the moment — and honestly, to save you from a few of my hard-earned mistakes — I’m sharing the 12 biggest lessons I wish I’d known sooner. These are the ones I had to learn the long way, so you don’t have to.

This isn’t a list of quick fixes or surface-level advice. This is about the lessons that change how you think, how you build, and how you lead.
Inside this episode, I’m opening up about:

  • 🧩 The messy truth about your first clients — and how I went from zero sign-ups to 200 in one weekend (without a fancy website or audience).

  • 💸 Why cheaper offers aren’t always the easier sell (This one still surprises me — and I’ll tell you exactly why it happens.)

  • 🤝 The real reason “doing it alone” slows you down — and how collaborations boosted my growth.

It’s an honest, unpolished chat — full of stories, lessons, and the things I wish someone had told me back in year one. If you’re building, pivoting, or just need a reminder that it doesn’t have to be perfect, this one’s for you.
Listen and then come tell me which lesson you feel the the most — I want to hear your stories too!
