We have to accept what we're feeling because if we automatically go 'I need to change my feeling', it's like you're trying to resist this emotion."

    • Notice what you are feeling in your body and where - get curious about what it is trying to tell you.
    • Engage in physical activity that brings you joy and takes you out of your mind - creative expression like dancing, drawing, or other activities that spark joy.
    • Take time to acknowledge and deal with your emotions.
  • The Power of "I Am" Statements: Recognize the impact of "I am" statements on your identity and alignment with God's plan.
  • Reclaiming Wholeness: Acknowledge that you are whole and complete, despite past experiences.
