This week, we're revisiting an earlier solo episode of Her Leading Story. I'll be digging a little deeper into some journaling and reflection exercises that will help you tune into yourself, to point the way to your next best career move.

In this episode, I discuss:

  • How many of us are socialized to achieve and "climb the ladder"... but how we can end up at mid-career doing work we don't truly find fulfilling.
  • Using the "decades" exercise for self-reflection to identify lifelong interests and patterns.
  • Paying attention to "energy and flow" to pinpoint activities and work aspects that energize you...as well as those that leave you feeling drained.

Let's dive back into these exercises together.
